
Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Lyratika, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized travel experiences to our customers. We recognize that unexpected situations can occur, so we want to clarify our refund policy. Please read the conditions below carefully, as they apply to all bookings made through our agency.
2. Cancellation by the Client
2.1 Cancellations before departure date

More than 30 days before the departure date: The customer may cancel the booking and receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.

Between 15 and 30 days before the departure date: The customer may cancel the reservation and receive a refund of up to 20% of the reservation amount.

Less than 15 days before the departure date: Cancellations are non-refundable. The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable, except for exceptional circumstances (see "Force Majeure" section).
2.2 Reservation Changes

Changes made more than 30 days before the departure date can be made at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Changes made less than 30 days before departure may incur extra charges and are subject to service availability.
3. Cancellation by Lyratika
3.1 Cancellation due to Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political conflicts, pandemics, or any other situations classified as force majeure that make it impossible or dangerous to conduct the trip, Lyratika reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases:

The customer will be informed as promptly as possible.

The customer may choose between a full refund and a travel credit for a future booking.
3.2 Cancellation for Other Reasons
If Lyratika needs to cancel a booking for reasons other than force majeure (such as a change of supplier or an internal error), we commit to:

Offering an alternative trip (modified or adjusted) at no additional cost, or

Providing a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Force Majeure
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of Lyratika, such as:

Natural disasters (fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.)

Extreme weather conditions

Pandemics or epidemics

Political conflicts or war In such cases, Lyratika will make every effort to find an alternative solution; however, we cannot be held responsible for any cancellation or disruption of the trip.
5. Specific Conditions for Third-Party Suppliers
Certain services, including flights, accommodations, transport, and excursions, are provided by third-party suppliers. The cancellation and refund policies may vary between suppliers. We commit to providing you with the relevant information about each provider's policies at the time of booking.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, provided that all refund conditions have been satisfied. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers cancellation, loss of luggage, medical assistance, and any unforeseen circumstances during your trip. Lyratika will not be responsible for any costs associated with trip cancellations due to unexpected situations that are not covered by your personal insurance.
8. Litiges
In the case of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, we commit to seeking a mutually agreeable resolution. If we are unable to reach a solution, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration or to the appropriate court in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the applicable laws.
